THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Information Technology to lead the organization's technology vision, operations, and transformation initiatives. Reporting to the CFO, this senior leadership role will oversee IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business systems, and service delivery while acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a technology strategy that supports business objectives and long-term growth
• Lead and mentor the IT leadership team while building a high-performing, service-focused culture
• Strengthen IT governance, policies, standards, and operational processes across the organization
• Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud initiatives, cybersecurity programs, and digital transformation projects
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and deliver technology solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance
• Establish clear service delivery standards, accountability measures, and performance metrics for the IT function
• Oversee technology roadmaps, project portfolios, budgets, and vendor relationships
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that create measurable business value
• Foster strong relationships across the organization to ensure IT is viewed as a trusted and responsive business partner

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide IT strategy, operations, and technology transformation initiatives
• Strong leadership background managing and developing high-performing IT teams
• Expertise across infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, business systems, and IT governance
• Demonstrated ability to align technology investments with business goals and organizational priorities
• Experience establishing service delivery standards, operational accountability, and performance measurement frameworks
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
• Experience leading complex technology projects and managing multiple competing priorities
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Track record of driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant leadership or technology certifications are considered an asset
