    Responsabilités :

    - Prospecter de nouveaux concessionnaires partenaires par le biais d'appels sortants et de réseautage dans toute la région de Montréal.
    - Stimuler les efforts de développement commercial et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance sur le marché.
    - Accroître la part de marché et augmenter l'adoption des produits chez les concessionnaires.
    - Fournir des conseils et un soutien sur place pour aider à améliorer les performances des concessionnaires.
    - Atteindre systématiquement les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires trimestriels et annuels.

    Exigences :

    - Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que directeur des ventes dans une concession, ou expérience pratique dans le domaine des services financiers et d'assurance ou des services financiers automobiles.
    - Expérience avérée dans la conquête de nouveaux marchés grâce à une prospection proactive et à des appels à froid.
    - Aptitude à identifier les opportunités, à élaborer des stratégies de croissance et à mettre en œuvre des plans de manière efficace.
    - Orientation vers les résultats, esprit de compétition et motivation pour obtenir des résultats mesurables.
    - Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, communicationnelles et de présentation.

    Responsibilities:

    - Prospecting new dealer partners through outbound calls and networking throughout the Montreal region.
    - Driving business development efforts and identifying new growth opportunities within the market.
    - Expanding market share and increasing product adoption at dealerships.
    - Providing on-site guidance and support to help improve dealership performance.
    - Consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.

    Requirements:
