Role: Desktop Support Analyst
Type: Full time Permanent

Compensation: $65k to $75.4k + 3 Weeks Vacation (Additional sick days) + 4 Day work weeks + Strong Benefits (100% coverage with RRSP) + Cell phone Expense + Mileage Expense
Requirements:
Core Technical Duties: Handle end-to-end network troubleshooting, manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune administration, deploy Windows endpoints via Autopilot, and resolve or escalate support tickets within SLA guidelines.
Qualifications & Screening: Requires 2+ years of MSP or multi-client IT support experience, hands-on TCP/IP and networking expertise, a valid driver's licence, a clear criminal record check, and eligibility for law enforcement security screening.
Schedule & Perks: Standard Monday to Friday day shift with rotational on-call duties, offering an earned four-day work week post-probation and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, RRSP matching, and paid training.
Professional Expectations: Requires strong independent judgment for lone on-site work, excellent plain-language communication skills, meticulous ticket documentation, and deep respect for community protocols.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing IT support in an organizational or multi-client environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of desktop support, service desk processes, computer hardware, and hardware or software installation.
• Working experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and related user and device administration tools.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, corporate networking concepts, and basic network troubleshooting in business environments.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Mac computers, and mobile device support is considered an asset.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel for on-site support as required.
• Successful completion of a criminal record check and eligibility to meet law enforcement security screening requirements.
• Strong communication skills, careful documentation habits, and the ability to work independently with sound judgment.
