Data Analyst | Power BI | Business Intelligence

We are looking for a Data Analyst to help build and develop reporting capabilities within our organization. This role will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights through Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualization tools.

As the first dedicated analytics resource on the team, you will play a key role in designing reporting frameworks, creating dashboards, and enabling teams to make more informed, data-driven decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building reporting solutions and improving how organizations use data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business sources
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and data visualizations
• Develop automated reports and KPI dashboards to support business performance tracking
• Maintain and organize datasets using Excel, SharePoint, and internal systems
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting processes
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into BI solutions
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities through data analysis
• Document reporting processes, data models, and dashboards

Qualifications

• Experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Reporting Analyst role
• Strong experience with Power BI and advanced Excel
• Experience creating interactive dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations
• Understanding of business intelligence, data modeling, and reporting best practices
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL or database querying
• Experience working with large datasets or multiple data sources
• Exposure to data automation or workflow optimization
