We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative – Inside Sales & Service for our client in Etobicoke. This role will support order processing, customer service, sales coordination, inventory monitoring, and general operational activities.

The ideal candidate will have SAP experience, strong data entry and computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, process, and maintain customer orders in SAP
• Monitor and manage the general inbox, responding to order status inquiries and follow-ups
• Work closely with the Estimating team to support order entry and follow-up activities
• Perform pricing and inventory checks
• Coordinate and process OPD changes
• Handle shipping inquiries and coordinate required follow-ups
• Monitor purchasing and inventory status
• Prepare and provide daily sales reporting, including order volumes and pipeline activity
• Maintain and update the Operations Dashboard
• Prepare and monitor the Missing Parts Report
• Update and maintain projects in Asana as required
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure orders and customer requests are handled efficiently

Systems & Tools

• SAP / ERP system – S/4HANA or SAP SD experience preferred
• Asana
• Online inventory systems
• Microsoft Office
• General computer and data-entry systems

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous SAP experience is required
• Customer service, inside sales, order entry, or administrative experience
• Strong computer skills with accurate and efficient data entry
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume inbox and prioritize competing tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple internal departments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
