Our client is seeking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports customers by providing first-level assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive service experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to public inquiries regarding online services and account access.
• Provide first-level support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve routine inquiries.
• Assist with account updates, access verification, and service guidance.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and documentation.
• Support clients by phone and email with a customer-focused approach.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required.
• Complete training and onboarding to deliver effective support.
• Follow procedures and quality standards in a high-volume environment.

• Customer service, call centre, or other client-facing experience.
• Skilled in handling inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong written communication for emails and customer documentation.
• Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks while following procedures.
• Quick to learn new systems and support users with digital services.
• Strong problem-solving skills with appropriate escalation judgment.
