Our client, a private equity-backed manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead a critical finance transformation initiative, including IFRS conversion, public company readiness, and ERP modernization.

This individual will serve as the senior finance leader for the division, partnering closely with the CFO in Germany and finance teams in North America. The successful candidate will initially lead the IFRS conversion efforts. This is an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's IFRS conversion, including restatement of prior periods, audit readiness, and implementation of IFRS-compliant accounting policies.
• Review year-end financial reporting and ensure full IFRS compliance.
• Develop and formalize accounting policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee all divisional controllership activities, including financial reporting, internal controls, audit management, and compliance.
• Partner with global finance teams on consolidation, tax, compliance, and reporting matters.
• Support the company's progression toward public company standards and reporting requirements.

• CPA designation required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Previous Corporate Controller or senior finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong IFRS expertise, including conversion and implementation experience.
• Public company reporting experience.
• Experience leading ERP implementations or major finance transformation projects (SAP preferred).
• Manufacturing experience is essential, ideally within complex, process-driven, 24/7 production environments such as chemicals, industrial products, or other dynamic manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, production reporting, and operational finance.
• Experience working within multinational organizations and partnering with global stakeholders.
