Responsibilities:
- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
- Serve as the CLM system owner, managing configuration, governance, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain contract workflows, templates, and approval processes.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and visibility.
- Generate contract reporting and analytics to support risk and performance monitoring.
- Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts in partnership with Legal Counsel.
- Coordinate contract execution, repository management, stakeholder support, and insurance coverage tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or contract administration.
- Experience implementing or administering CLM platforms.
- Knowledge of commercial contracting processes and contract lifecycle management.
- Ability to identify contractual risks and support mitigation efforts.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
