Our client, a growing manufacturing/distribution organization in Halton, is seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee the full finance function and partner closely with leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who enjoys being embedded in the business, driving process improvements, and having a direct impact on company performance. This is an onsite role, ideal for someone who values collaboration, relationship-building, and working closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance activities, including month-end reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and KPI reporting
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Analyze financial performance, margins, and business trends
• Improve processes, controls, and financial reporting
• Partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Support HR administration, benefits, employee programs, and related initiatives

Qualifications

• CPA designation required
• Progressive full cycle accounting and finance leadership experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Oracle, MS Dynamics or SAP ERP experience
