What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee the finance function, managing a team of 9 finance professionals
• Manage all accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, treasury and FP& A activities
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting and financial submissions under IFRS standards
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and procedures
• Coordinate external audits and collaborate with auditors to resolve findings and recommendations
• Partner with tax advisors to ensure compliance and identify tax optimization opportunities
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning activities
• Work closely with operational leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives
• Develop financial models and business cases supporting capital expenditure projects and strategic investments
• Drive improvements in working capital management through close collaboration with operations and sales teams
• Analyze business performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop members of the finance team
• Collaborate with finance leaders across the organization to share best practices and improve overall performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including financial systems enhancements and process optimization

• CPA designation required; CPA, CA preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing accounting, AP, AR, and finance teams within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of IFRS and experience reporting within a public company or complex corporate structure
• Demonstrated ability to partner with operations and influence business performance
• Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with OneStream or Hyperion is considered an asset
• ERP implementation experience within manufacturing is an asset
