Our client, a respected organization, is seeking an experienced Controller to lead their accounting operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company recognized for its commitment to integrity and excellence in financial leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting processes, including financial reporting, month-end close, and general ledger management
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff to promote continuous improvement and accuracy in day-to-day activities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Lead process improvements and recommend updates to accounting policies and procedures
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management

• Previous experience as a Controller
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience with accounting software (ERP systems preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
