    We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator (Loans) to join an automotive financial services team in Markham, Ontario on a Contract basis. In this role, you will support the accurate handling of loan and lease documentation while helping maintain a high standard of service for dealership partners and customers. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working with documentation, validating financial information, and resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Review incoming loan and lease agreements to confirm completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established requirements.
    • Enter contract information into internal systems with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
    • Compare rates, terms, figures, and supporting documents to ensure all contract details align correctly.
    • Investigate discrepancies in submitted files and work directly with dealerships through written and verbal communication to obtain corrections or missing information.
    • Maintain organized contract records and supporting documentation to support efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
    • Apply document control practices to manage financial files in accordance with company standards and timelines.
    • Assist with additional administrative or contract-related tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
