    We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator (Loans) to support loan and lease documentation activities for a Contract position in the automotive financial services sector. Based in Markham, Ontario, this role focuses on reviewing incoming agreements, validating contract details, and ensuring information is recorded accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and dealership partners to address discrepancies and help maintain a high standard of document quality and service.

    Responsibilities:
    • Review loan and lease agreements to confirm all required documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for processing.
    • Enter contract data into internal systems with a strong focus on precision, timeliness, and record integrity.
    • Compare financial terms, figures, and supporting details across submitted documents to ensure consistency.
    • Investigate missing or conflicting information and follow up with dealership contacts by phone or email to resolve issues promptly.
    • Maintain organized contract files and support document control practices that align with operational standards.
    • Assist with ongoing verification activities to reduce errors and improve the quality of processed agreements.
    • Provide administrative support for related contract handling tasks and other duties assigned by the team.
