    We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator (Loans) to join a leading organization in the automotive financial services sector on a Contract basis in Markham, Ontario. In this role, you will support the review and administration of loan and lease documentation, helping ensure each agreement is complete, accurate, and processed efficiently. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working with financial records, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with dealership partners in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Review lease and loan agreements thoroughly to confirm all required information and supporting documents are complete and accurate before processing.
    • Enter contract and customer data into internal systems with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
    • Compare financial terms, figures, and documentation details to ensure submitted agreements align with approved contract information.
    • Investigate missing information or inconsistencies and follow up with dealership contacts by phone or email to obtain clarification or corrections.
    • Maintain organized digital records and supporting files to support audit readiness and efficient document retrieval.
    • Assist with ongoing loan administration activities and provide general document control support as needed to meet business requirements.
