Prêt(e) à prendre en charge un portefeuille immobilier commercial dans un poste à forte responsabilité ? Nous recherchons un comptable immobilier soucieux du détail pour gérer le cycle comptable complet de plusieurs propriétés tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec la direction dans un environnement dynamique.

Vos missions :

- Gérer le cycle comptable complet d’un portefeuille de propriétés commerciales
- Préparer les rapports financiers mensuels/trimestriels et les analyses d’écarts
- Superviser la facturation des loyers, l’administration des baux et le recouvrement auprès des locataires (frais communs, taxes, assurances)
- Participer à l'élaboration du budget, aux révisions de prévisions et à la gestion de la trésorerie
- Gérer les comptes fournisseurs et clients, les écritures comptables et les rapprochements
- Préparer les déclarations de TPS/TVQ et les tableaux d'audit de fin d'exercice

Ce que nous recherchons :

- Baccalauréat, certificat en comptabilité ou DEC en comptabilité
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité immobilière (le secteur immobilier est un atout indispensable)
- Expérience avec Yardi Voyager (gestion d'actifs)
- Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et grand souci du détail
- Sens de l'organisation, esprit d'analyse et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités

Ready to take ownership of a commercial real estate portfolio in a high-impact role? We’re looking for a detail-driven Property Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for multiple properties while working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
- Oversee rent billing, lease administration, and tenant recoveries (CAM, taxes, insurance)
- Support budgeting, reforecasts, and cash flow management
- Handle AP/AR, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare GST/QST filings and year-end audit schedules

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree, Accounting certificate or DEC in Accounting
- 5+ years of property accounting experience (real estate is a must)
- Experience with Yardi Voyager (asset)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
