We are looking for an intermediate Technical Developer to join a collaborative team in Mississauga, Ontario, supporting enterprise applications built with Microsoft Power Platform. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating practical business solutions, contributing to dashboard and automation initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will help enhance Power Apps, support Power BI reporting, and provide dependable application support while participating in Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power Apps solutions that support business operations in an enterprise setting.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of Power Automate workflows to streamline manual activities and increase efficiency.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and refinement of Power BI dashboards and reporting assets for business users.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and work collaboratively with team members to deliver project tasks on schedule.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Power Platform applications by investigating issues, resolving defects, and assisting users.
• Respond to ad hoc requests related to application updates, reporting needs, and automation enhancements.
• Help document solution changes, testing outcomes, and support activities to maintain consistency across the development lifecycle.
• Work within established enterprise standards and governance practices when building and updating Power Platform solutions.

• Hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard support, report updates, or data visualization tasks.

• Understanding of how application development and testing operate within an enterprise environment.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide front-line application support for business users.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods, including participation in scrum or similar team ceremonies.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage changing priorities and ad hoc requests.

• A programming background is considered an asset.
