We’re looking for a BI Developer (Tableau) to build and scale sales and revenue reporting. You’ll create dashboards focused on forecasting, pipeline coverage, and sales performance, leveraging Salesforce data that flows into a centralized data warehouse.

This role partners closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making. This is a 9-month contract with potential to extend and will work hybrid on-site 3-days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for forecasting, pipeline, and revenue analytics
• Develop reporting for individual reps and team performance
• Translate business needs into intuitive, scalable dashboards
• Work with Salesforce data (Accounts, Opportunities, etc.) in the data warehouse
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance
• Collaborate with RevOps and Data teams to enhance reporting

Mandatory Expereience

• 3–5+ years of Tableau development experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data
• Experience with sales/pipeline reporting
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehouses
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with RevOps/Sales Ops teams
• Exposure to Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Tableau certification
