We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the final stages of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation. The project has been underway for approximately 2.5 years and is approaching completion.

Working alongside an internal Senior Business Analyst and an external implementation partner (CGI), this individual will help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into actionable development tasks.

This contract has an initial term of 4-months with a strong chance of extension. The successful applicant will work remotely until January then on-site full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and refine business and user requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and Jira tickets for development teams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, internal teams, and the external implementation partner.
• Support Agile project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirements clarification.
• Assist with business process reviews and improvements throughout the implementation.
• Work within a three-week sprint cycle to support outstanding project deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst to resolve requirements gaps and support project completion.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements.
• Experience working on Agile projects.
• Familiarity with Jira for managing user stories, requirements, and development tickets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Previous experience working on enterprise software implementation projects.
• Experience collaborating with external development teams or implementation partners.
