    Description

    We are looking for an accomplished Brand Manager to join a consumer packaged goods organization in Oakville, Ontario on a Long-term Contract. In this role, you will help shape brand performance in the Canadian market by turning strategy into effective marketing activity and coordinating closely with agency, media, finance, and cross-functional partners. This opportunity suits a marketer who is equally comfortable leading planning discussions, interpreting performance data, and keeping multiple initiatives moving from concept to launch.

    Responsibilities:
    • Drive brand-building programs in the local market by translating business priorities into clear marketing actions and campaign plans.
    • Oversee integrated marketing initiatives from initial planning through rollout, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and brand standards are met.
    • Work with media partners to review channel performance, refine investment decisions, and improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Coordinate with creative and agency teams to deliver updated packaging, artwork, and promotional materials that support brand objectives.
    • Support product innovation efforts by helping move new ideas through development and preparing them for successful market introduction.
    • Assess brand, consumer, and category data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and inform recommendations.
    • Contribute to annual planning activities by providing input into upcoming marketing priorities and longer-range business strategies.
    • Partner with finance stakeholders to track spending, manage budgets responsibly, and monitor brand profitability.
    • Collaborate with U.S.-based marketing counterparts and internal stakeholders to align programs, share insights, and present informed recommendations.
