We are looking for a Bilingual (EN/FR) HR Manager for a non-profit organization located in downtown Ottawa. This is a full time permanent position performed on-site where you'd be responsible for all aspects of HR from both a strategic and day-to-day perspective. You are the representative of the company and the advocate for employees. This organization offers a rewarding, collaborative environment with opportunities in organizational development, compensation, labor relations and special projects.


Responsibilities:

-Assess and update programs and policies

-Ensure collective agreements are up to date and liaise with union representatives

-Workforce planning

-Manage all recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding processes

-Work on special projects as needed

-Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment

-Provide strategic advice to management and stakeholders

-Oversee HR, payroll and compensation and benefits


Qualifications:

-Fluency in both official languages (EN/FR)

-7+ years experience in HR Management

-Previous experience in non-profit, national association or healthcare is an asset

-CHRP, CHRL designation is mandatory
