Our client is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team and serve customers across Canada.

Are you bilingual in French and English, experienced in a call centre environment, and passionate about providing quality customer service?
Our client is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team and serve customers across Canada.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Ensure thorough and timely follow-up on customer files
- Inform and advise customers regarding products, promotions and policies
- Contribute to a positive and professional customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluently bilingual in French and English – both spoken and written
- A year of experience in a call centre environment with high call volume – mandatory
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Patient, courteous, empathetic and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using computer and digital tools, including MS Word and data entry
WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary: $22/hour
- Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility
- Comprehensive paid training
- 1 day of remote work per week after training
- Conveniently located and easily accessible by public transportation in Saint-Laurent
