Our client is seeking a hands-on Application Development Team Lead to lead a small team of developers while remaining actively involved in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. This is a player-coach opportunity ideal for a Senior Developer or Technical Lead looking to grow into a management role while staying close to the technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
• Build and support APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Drive Agile delivery, DevOps best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to automation, reporting, and data-driven projects.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Previous technical leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• C# /.NET Core
• React.js
• JavaScript
• SQL Server
• Azure
• REST APIs
• DevOps / CI-CD methodologies
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing, industrial, or ERP-related environments.
• Integration, EDI, or cloud modernization projects.
• AI/ML, automation, and data-focused initiatives.
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
