    Our client, a company specializing in the installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems—with recognized expertise in wine cellar systems—is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations.
     Location and schedule:
    •    On-site position - Montreal
    •    Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; 40 hours per week, or option for 4 days/week (30 hours)
    •    $57,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience
    ���� Your Role
    •    Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality customer service
    •    Enter and update work orders, technician notes, and customer information in internal systems
    •    Update technician schedules according to operations guidelines
    •    Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and follow up as needed
    •    Schedule and coordinate monthly preventive maintenance
    •    Prepare invoices and enter vendor invoices, expenses, and payments into the accounting system
    •    Track customer payments and overdue balances
    •    Contact vendors for orders related to daily operations
    •    Monitor inventory of parts and equipment
    •    Provide general support for all administrative tasks
     Your Profile
    •    Experience in administration, customer service, or office coordination
    •    Experience in the HVAC, construction, or service industries is a plus
    •    Knowledge of QuickBooks and Progression Live is a plus
    •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    •    Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
    •    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    •    Attention to detail and thoroughness
    •    French: excellent (spoken and written)
