    Lieu de travail : Centre-ville (hybride – 3 jours sur site, 2 jours à distance)
    Salaire : 55 000 $ – 65 000 $ + boni (en fonction de l'expérience)


    Vous êtes organisé, motivé et passionné par le soutien d'une équipe dynamique ? Ce poste est fait pour vous ! Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ive) pour apporter un soutien essentiel à des professionnels chargés de traiter des dossiers complexes. Aucune expérience préalable dans le domaine juridique n'est requise : vos compétences organisationnelles, votre sens de la communication et votre soif d'apprendre feront la différence.

    Vos responsabilités :

    - Fournir un soutien administratif quotidien à une équipe de 3 à 4 professionnels
    - Gérer les calendriers, planifier les réunions et suivre les échéances importantes
    - Préparer et mettre en forme des lettres, des documents et des notes de service internes
    - Organiser, tenir à jour et archiver les fichiers numériques et physiques
    - Coordonner les préparatifs de voyage et préparer les notes de frais
    - Assurer une communication fluide entre les membres de l'équipe, les clients et les parties prenantes
    - Assister les autres membres de l'équipe si nécessaire

    Ce que vous apportez :

    - Diplôme ou certificat en administration de bureau (ou dans un domaine connexe)
    - Au moins 3 ans d'expérience administrative (une expérience dans les services professionnels ou en entreprise est un atout)
    - Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
    - Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
    - Approche proactive, souci du détail et fort esprit d'équipe

    Exigence linguistique : anglais
    - Niveau de maîtrise requis : avancé
    - Raisons des exigences linguistiques : communication avec les clients, connaissances techniques ou spécialisées, assistance à la clientèle
    - Fréquence d'utilisation : quotidienne (pour diverses tâches)

    Are you organized, motivated, and passionate about supporting a dynamic team? This role is for you! We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to professionals handling complex matters. No prior legal experience required—your organizational skills, strong communication, and eagerness to learn will set you apart.

    Your Responsibilities:

    - Provide daily administrative support to a team of 3–4 professionals
    - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track key deadlines
    - Prepare and format letters, documents, and internal memos
    - Organize, maintain, and archive digital and physical files
    - Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
    - Ensure smooth communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders
    - Assist other team members as needed

    What You Bring:

    - Diploma or certificate in office administration (or related field)
    - Minimum 3 years of administrative experience (professional services or corporate environment is a plus)
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
    - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
