We are currently building a pipeline of experienced Accounts Payable Specialists for upcoming opportunities with our clients. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle accounts payable functions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Responsibilities:

• Process and code high-volume invoices accurately
• Match, batch, and verify invoices against purchase orders and receipts
• Prepare and process payments (cheques, EFT, wire transfers)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vendor records and respond to inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
