    Hello, I'm Bianka, Senior Team Leader at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area.

    Mission

    Responsaibilities
    - Review supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner to record them in the organization’s various accounting systems.
    - Validate invoiced charges against purchase orders and receipts of goods or services, or confirm that authorized approvals have been obtained.
    - Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
    - Follow up directly with suppliers or internal departments when necessary to resolve discrepancies.
    - Follow up with various internal departments regarding pending transactions.
    - Reconcile supplier statements with the organization’s accounting subledgers.
    - Monitor supplier payment schedules to ensure payments are issued on time.
    - Provide quality service to both external and internal clients.

    Your profile

    Qualifications
    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    - Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
    - Post‑secondary education in accounting or business‑related fields.
    - General understanding of computer systems and accounting software.
    - Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
    - Ability to adapt quickly to different situations and be proactive when facing challenges.
    - Ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
    - Strong organizational skills to work simultaneously with multiple sites and stakeholders.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Bilingualism (French/English).
