Robert Half is partnering with a valued client to find an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator who can support day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure timely, accurate processing of invoices and payments. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining strong vendor relationships and organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Review invoices, match purchase orders, and verify approvals for payment
• Prepare and process check runs and EFT payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with payment-related issues
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues

• Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Administrator
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
