Our client, a growing private company is currently searching for their VP of Finance. As the VP of Finance you will provide financial expertise and leadership to a small accounting team while developing budgets and forecasts, cash flow management and cash flow forecasting, strategic planning and economic trend analysis, ensuring adequate controls and processes are in place, developing dashboards for timely reporting, manage monthly performance and internal management reporting, and provide financial guidance and insight to support the organization’s growth targets.


As the successful candidate, you will have a CPA designation in good standing, 10+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be hands on in an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or construction as well as a proven ability to lead the finance function within an organization.
