Technician / Legal Assistant - Real Estate Law
Do you have experience in real estate law and would like to work in a dynamic, growing law firm?

YOUR ROLE
As a paralegal/legal assistant, you will work as part of a team with professionals on their mandates.
Among your responsibilities, your tasks will include :
• Preparation and review of various legal documents, such as mortgage deeds, deeds of sale, servitudes, cadastral modification consents, title reports, etc. ;
• Publication of deeds in the land register and RDPRM (sales, discharges, mortgages, etc.) and use of platforms for this purpose;
• File opening and organization; document review and corrections;
• Coordination and follow-up with customers and other firms;
• Maintenance of notaries' minutes;
• Preparation of adjustment sheets, disbursement statements and billing for each file;
• Preparation of closing books;
• Legal searches of various public registers (plumitifs, RDPRM, property taxes, etc.).
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Experience as a real estate technician or legal assistant;
• Good level of bilingualism required;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Impeccable customer service;
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills;
• Versatility, flexibility and attention to detail.
