Description
This Vancouver-based organization are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their growing team. In this role you will report into senior management and be responsible for the following duties:
- Looking after the day-to-day accounting function for multiple business entities including AP, AR and bank reconciliations.
- Management of the general ledger for different business units.
- Working closely with external CPA, preparing financial packages and filing taxes.
- Managing all vendor related queries and billing on a timely basis ensuring a steady cashflow throughout the business.
- Additional administrative duties as requested.
