Position: SAP User Support
Location: Drummondville

In this position, you will report to the Team Leader – IT and play a crucial role in supporting, assisting, and training colleagues in the utilization of the SAP software package. Actively engaging in projects to enhance the plant's business processes, you will leverage your familiarity with SAP best business practices and your readiness to tackle challenges. Your motivation for change will position you as a key contributor within their organization.


Key Responsibilities:


- Respond to user service requests, initiate and document incident management, and provide support for problem-solving
- Identify opportunities to optimize current business processes, analyze organizational impacts, recommend solutions, and lead improvement projects
- Advise users, develop methods, and establish procedures for optimal use of SAP and related IT tools
- Provide user training, ensuring knowledge and skills necessary for optimal system use
- Keep user guides for the systems up to date
- Build and enhance internal scripts (queries) related to SAP data usage
- Promote continuous improvement of procedures and processes within the department and the company


This position requires in-person work at their Drummondville office at least 3 days a work.


Qualifications for Success:


- At least three years of experience using the SAP software package
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of service and availability
- Proficient in Office365
- College degree or bachelor’s degree in a field related to manufacturing is an asset
- Knowledge of Winshuttle software is an asset
- Excellent proficiency in French (spoken and written) and bilingualism (spoken and written) to interact with colleagues nationally
