Description
Our client leases and sells construction equipment and we are looking for a driven sales rep who is motivated by success and money to drive new business in Quebec. Your role will be to be in field meeting with users on construction sites, proposing our products then doing follow ups once clients are on board.
Territory: Province of Quebec but mostly in and around Montreal.
Workplace: Work from home (local to Montreal)
Products/Services: Construction equipment
Salary: Base $50,000-$70,000
Commissions/Bonus: $36,000 per year (paid monthly)-year 1, uncapped commissions
Car allowance: $700/month + mileage
Expense’s reimbursement:All reasonnable expenses paid

-Identify prospects for our products
-Visit construction sites
-Engage with owners and project managers
-Research clients
-Present and demo our products
-Input prospect and client information into company CRM
-Prepare quotes
-Close business and ensure timely delivery is made with our internal resources
-Track your deliveries
-Attend company events
Requirements:
-Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%
-Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%
-Languages: French and English (written and spoken)
-Education: College degree or equivalent experience
-Training: Full product training provided
-Overnight Travel: Less than 15% overnight travel required
-Years of experience: 3+ years of relevant experience required

Transferable contacts: N/A
Transferable Knowledge: Has sold into the construction industry in the past
