Real Estate Paralegal

YOUR ROLE :
As a real estate paralegal, main responsibilities will include:
Preparing, drafting and revising the usual documentation in the field of real estate law;
Follow up on deadlines and support lawyers in commercial transactions;
Conducting searches at the Land Registry, the RDPRM and with the municipalities for property taxes;
Proceeding with the publication of deeds in the appropriate registers and follow up on them;
Validating the conformity of deeds and documents to the standards established by the courts and other organizations;
Communicating with the clientele and the various parties involved in the files.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other equivalent training;
Experience in real estate in professional services firm or in a company;
Dynamic, discretion, and organizational skills.
