Position: Quality Assurance associate
Location: Baie-D'Urfé
Salary: $34 an hour (based on experience)
Shift: Day shift
Job Type: Temporary, maternity leave replacement
Our company, a giant in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Quality Control team member to support the research processes associated with production. If you are a creative person with problem-solving skills, research methodology and the ability to handle scientific and technical information, please contact me.
In this role, you will be completing the following tasks:
- Conduct investigations in a high productivity-driven environment
- Gather information in order to assess the impact of non-conformities
- Observe processes to ensure investigations are factual and detailed
- Use problem-solving techniques and appropriate tools to identify root causes and causal factors
What you need to be considered:
- 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
- Superior writing skills
- Previous experience in root cause analysis and investigation
- Knowledge of quality systems, quality by design, principles of product validation and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of applicable Health Canada, FDA and global pharmaceutical regulations
- Creativity in idea generation and problem solving
- Ability to manage scientific and technological information
