A highly respected real estate development and construction company in Canada, is seeking a Property Accountant in Downtown Vancouver. As the Property Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring that property management accounting is accurately and promptly reported. This will include reviewing and analyzing property and tenant accounts, reviewing leases and processing move-ins and move-outs, processing rent payments, responding to inquiries from property managers, vendors and tenants, preparing monthly financial statements and participating in annual budgeting processes.


The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 months of accounting/administration experience, excellent time management and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and willing to take on new tasks as assigned by management. A diploma with a focus on accounting is considered an asset.
