Description
Position: Payroll and Human Resources Manager
Location: Ile Bizard
Salary: $90K to $105K per year
Our client is a very well-established company in the recreational industry looking to hire a Payroll and Human Resources Manager for their office in Ile Bizard.
Job Requirements:
- DEP, AEC or DEC, PCP an asset
- 5 years of experience in payroll
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Job Description:
- Process payroll for 25-200 employees depending on season
- Ensure payroll calculation accuracy
- Handle benefits administration (DAS, RRSP, insurance, etc.)
- Prepare T4, R1
- Act as the contact person for employees and Managers
- Update employee files
- Ensure procedures comply with legislation
- Prepare governmental reports
- Calculate and update employee vacation files
- Be responsible for terminations at the end of busy season
