Paralegal | Legal Technician, Mortgage Collection
Superb opportunity for a paralegal with expertise in mortgage recovery.
Our client is a national law firm that distinguishes itself by its professionalism, its commitment to impeccable customer service and its friendly working atmosphere.
You will be part of a team of seasoned professionals and have the opportunity to be involved in challenging files.
YOUR ROLE :
As a paralegal, you will provide invaluable support to the team specialized in mortgage collection.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Preparing various documents, letters, forms and notes specific to financial services;
- Prepare standard litigation procedures relating to insolvency, banking law and hypothecary recourses;
- Manage the administrative aspect of external customer collection files;
- Carry out rigorous administrative follow-up of files;
- Plan meetings and organize travel as required;
- Prepare and maintain customer files (correspondence, supporting documents, etc.).
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- DVS in secretarial studies with legal specialisation or DCS Paralegal Technology, or any other relevant training/experience will be considered;
- Experience as a mortgage collection paralegal;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
- Good interpersonal skills
