The Company
Our client is a creative agency based in Toronto and they are looking for an Offline Media Planner for a 1 month initial contract. The Offline Media Planner will be on a flexible working model - primarily remote working, ability to work in-office is an asset. This is a project-based role, and hours will vary between 25-40 hrs/week. Availability between 9-5 EST business hours are required.
The Position
The Offline Media Planner will be responsible for strategizing and executing on offline media tactics including TV, radio, OOH, print, and experiential executions.
Responsibilities:
- Determining the best media solutions for each client’s specific business challenges through ongoing investigation of new and emerging technology and advertising offerings
- Manage campaigns and projects from conceptual phase to execution including delivery of creative material
- Ability to establish conversion points, measurements of success, and campaign KPIs
- Continually monitor campaign performance to make actionable optimizations/ recommendations throughout the campaign
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align with the client's marketing goals and strategy
- A Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Marketing, or similar related field
- 3-5+ years of media planning and/or buying experience in an advertising agency or similar
- Experience with traditional media is a strong asset (ie. Broadcast, print, OOH, radio, etc.)
- Prior experience managing client relationships
- Ability to work independently, and self-manage
- Knowledge of North American media landscape is an asset
