Tasks- Advise patients on drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs
- Ensure infection control
- Advise patients on health care
- Examine patients and take their medical histories and consult with physicians and other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
- Conduct patient interviews, physical assessments and take medical histories
- Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases
- Perform and assist in routine surgery
- Provide health maintenance education
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses - Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner by the province/territory of work
Experience- Experience an asset
