WHAT TO EXPECT  

Would you like to be part of a multidisciplinary team and participate in different projects related to the production of our products or the improvement of our processes? In full growth, Soucy Caoutchouc is looking for passionate and committed players who will use their know-how and skills to help the team and even the company.

Here's an overview of your tasks: 

Identify, plan and follow up on the implementation of deliverables to ensure the production of assigned products
Identify and provide the necessary tools for the production of new products or changes to the manufacturing process of existing products
Measure and optimize the performance of the process in order to meet the established objectives or standards
Propose optimized layouts and an ergonomic and safe work environment for production employees
Contribute to the improvement of the manufacturing process in order to reach the production quality objectives
Analyze work methods and recommend improvements
Participate in evaluations to establish production rates for production start-ups as well as for any changes
Carry out projects aimed at the continuous improvement of processes and procedures in the company
Profile
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR  
Bachelor or technical degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
Relevant experience in a manufacturing company would be an asset
Experience in the rubber industry (an asset)
Good command of French (spoken and written)
Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (advanced in Word and Excel)
Good analytical skills
Good knowledge of LEAN concepts and tools
Rigor in the management of documentation
Ability to manage priorities and good problem solving skills
