Do you have experience in Human Rights, Regulatory Affairs or complaint management?
Here is an outstanding opportunity for a permanent remote position, with excellent conditions such as group insurance 100% paid by the employer!

YOUR ROLE :
As a Lawyer, you will be the first point of contact for the analysis of dispute resolution files.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Examine complaints and requests, gather the necessary information and carry out an initial
assessment;
- Put together files;
- Prepare communications for the parties;
- Communicate recommendations to the manager;
- Attend stakeholder meetings as required;
- Prepare reports and other documentation;
- Participate in the process of transferring files to assigned managers;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations procedures;
- Any other related duties.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Postsecondary studies in law or in a related field;
- University degree in law, a major asset;
- Member in goodstanding of a Canadian Bar Association, an asset ;
- Relevant experience in a similar role or knowledge of a legal or judicial environment;
- Experience in human rights (e.g. criminal law, youth protection) is an asset;
- Strong writing skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Bilingualism, spoken and written;
- Interpersonal skills, discretion, team spirit.
