The incumbent will have the opportunity to advise on major local, national and international business transactions. Tax planning strategies will be at the heart of varied and challenging mandates involving incorporation, corporate reorganization, trusts and more, with a sophisticated clientele from a variety of industries.

The ideal candidate is a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar, is bilingual and will have tangible experience in a professional services firm for a minimum of two years. He or she is a team player and has good interpersonal skills.
