Supervise the internal computer network as well as its IP telephony system.
Develop and maintain a computer security infrastructure, including managing user access permissions.
Provide support to internal users to resolve issues related to PCs or Apple products.
Manage MS 365, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive platforms, and the Google suite.
Assist members in selecting and configuring devices for students, configuring Google and Microsoft console settings, as well as addressing security concerns.
Support the TEAMS team of school technicians and provide training as needed.
Administer application software on internal servers, including creating reports and SQL queries.
Manage the purchase and installation of the organization's computer equipment, including computers, printers, servers, firewalls, and others.
Ensure the setup and proper functioning of audiovisual equipment during training, meetings, events, and assemblies, both internally and externally.
Research and update operating systems, software, and applications.
