This not for profit client is seeking a finance/payroll intermediate accountant for a long term opportunity. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years plus working independently with both payroll and accounting experience




Responsibilities include billing, AP and AR management, financial reporting, process expense claims, post credit card entries, issue check and process receivables.

Other duties include assisting with budgets and cash flow forecasting. The payroll duties include & are not limited to entering time for bi-weekly review and submit hours. Processing ROE, WSIB, t4's as well as reconciliation for payroll of approximately 100 employees.




Proficiency with Sage, QuickBooks or simply accounting are required as well as Ceridian payroll. A PCP designation would be an asset.
