Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Abbotsford

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000


Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department managers to plan and implement HR initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes.
- Provide support to the accounting team for payroll administration.
- Liaise with agencies to facilitate the recruitment of foreign workers.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and programs.
- Engage with the union, understand union contracts, and handle grievances.
- Handle HR administration tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience in Abbotsford or similar local context.
- Experience working with unions.
- Proven experience in bringing in foreign nationals.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with payroll administration is an asset.
