Position: HR Generalist

Salary: $80,000 based on experience

Main Requirements:

- Bilingualism to communicate with the company division in the USA
- At least 2 years of payroll experience
- Experience using ADP
- Knowledge of US labour standards
- Bachelor's degree in HR (ideal)

Main Responsibilities:

- Onboard new USA Sales Representatives
- Enter new employees into payroll system (USA)
- Prepare payroll journal entries (USA)
- Assist in preparation of year-end reports
- Monitor employees coming due for health insurance
- Coordinate USA insurance renewal process
- Assist with any labour issues
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing procedures
- Maintain the employee handbook is kept up-to-date and revised according to any changes to the law
- Monitor ACA reporting
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for the parent company
- Conduct exit interviews
