Responsibilities:

-Provide recommendations to reduce cost

-Assist with bid scoring and risk analysis and cash flow etc.

-Validate project monthly closure by reviewing and posting related entries

-Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports

-Conduct monthly reviews on the project’s earnings and expenditures

-Develop and maintain written project policies and procedures

-Contribute to project planning and support as required

-Perform variance analysis, KPI review

-Consolidate and analyze financial data

-Perform fixed assets continuity schedule and other various monthly reconciliation and journal entries

-Participate in special projects and support the budget and forecast preparation

-Identify issues and proactively initiate analyses/solutions

-Work on implementation of a variety of projects as needed


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

-Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, financial planning and analysis

-Strong knowledge of excel

-Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is a strong asset

-Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines

-Ability to research information and develop a solution and/or recommendation
