Description
Position: Executive/Administrative Coordinator
Location: Gatineau, Quebec, on site work environment
Salary: A competitive hourly rate based on experience
Schedule: Permanent part-time, 20-24 hours per week
A rewarding opportunity if you are looking for a permanent part-time arrangement.
Supporting a small team, key responsibilities include collaborating with members, executing administrative tasks, calendar management, updating multiple databases, event coordination, and ad-hoc research for projects.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education
- Bilingualism required to communicate with clients in the US or in other provinces outside of Quebec
- Five years experience in office administration, supporting at the senior level and preferably minute taking
- Excellent administrative/clerical skills, demonstrating strong communication skills, phone and email etiquette
- Strong attention to detail, well organized; ability to multitask, juggle priorities, meeting deadlines effectively
- Strong proficiency using MS Office and navigate multiple databases
- Experience in event planning and research-based work is an asset
