As Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in the company's growth plan! You'll have to ensure that the company maintains its position as a leader in the design of parts and accessories for powersports vehicles. 

You'll have the opportunity to supervise a diverse team of some 30 motivated employees, collaborate with passionate teams and generate a variety of innovative products for the world's leading powersports vehicle manufacturers! Between a trip to one of our customers and the challenges of everyday life, one thing's for sure: you won't get bored! 

In a nutshell, here's what you'll be doing with your time:

Support and collaborate with the department's project managers and technical experts to deliver quality products on time and on budget;
Provide inspirational leadership to ensure good working relationships within the team and with other departments;
Promote and continue to instill a culture of innovation within the team;
Continue to improve our product development process by implementing industry best practices;
Keep abreast of market trends and world-class practices; 
Actively participate in the development of the subsidiary's strategic plan
Profile

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and are a member of the OIQ;
You have experience in product development, ideally with OEM customers
You have extensive experience in personnel management
You are fluent in French and English, so you can interact and communicate with our mainly English-speaking customers
If you're passionate about cars or motorsports, even better!
