Position: Dispatcher
Location: Montreal

We have an immediate opening for a dispatcher for our morning shift (5am-2pm and must be available on weekends).
The Dispatcher’s main responsibilities are:

- Scheduling all staff and notifying clients
- Completing data entry and maintaining accurate scheduling
- Maintaining excellent customer service relations with clients and candidates
- Handling and documenting all concerns
- handle incoming calls from clients and ensure proper care coordination and planning
- responsible for ensuring that all shifts are staffed in a timely manner
- contacting existing employees to update their files and update their work experience, references, certifications and hours of availability
To be successful in this position, you must:

- Fluent bilingualism as we have offices in Ontario and Quebec
- Hold a minimum of two years’ experience in the service industry or a call centre environment
- Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Be an energetic, flexible, highly organized individual with a self-starter personality
